51

When Torah shall emanate from Me The words of the prophets are Torah, and the judgments shall eventually mean tranquility and rest for the peoples for whom I will turn a pure language to serve Me.

Listen to my WORD, O my people, and give ear, O my congregation, to my service; for the law shall go forth from me, and my judgment like a light; the nations which I led into captivity shall praise it.

Ibn Ezra
English
Hearken unto me. The first person in this verse refers to God.
A law. The word of God proclaimed by the prophet.
I will make to rest. Comp. המרנעה the rest (28:12). One of the commentators explains it: I will do in a moment, without delay. The first explanation is better.
