Ibn Ezra
English
Shake thyself from the dust. It is a figurative expression. The prophet therefore continues, Arise, sit down; for Jerusalem is compared to one that has been lying down in dust.
Loose thyself, etc. Thou wilt be no more under the dominion of another nation.
