Que toute leur méchanceté apparaisse devant toi! Traite-les comme tu m’as traitée à cause de tous mes péchés! Car violents sont mes gémissements, et mon cœur est endolori.

She weeps, she weeps [(two "weepings" for two Temples)] at night [(the Temple having been destroyed at night)], and her tears are on her cheeks [(with constant weeping)]. She has no consolers of all her lovers. All her lovers have betrayed her; they have become foes to her.

Senĉese ŝi ploras en la nokto, kaj ŝiaj larmoj estas sur ŝiaj vangoj; Ŝi havas neniun konsolanton inter ĉiuj siaj amintoj, Ĉiuj ŝiaj amikoj ŝin perfidis, fariĝis ŝiaj malamikoj.

Commentaires sur Lamentations 1:2
Rashi
English
She weeps bitterly. Weeping twice over the two destructions [of the Beis Hamikdosh].
In the night. For the Beis Hamikdosh was burned at night, as the master said, “at the time of evening they set it on fire.” Another explanation of “in the night,” [is that] the night of the weeping of the spies on the ninth of Av caused it to happen to them. Another explanation of “in the night,” is that whoever weeps at night, the one who hears his voice weeps along with him.
Her tear on her cheek. Because she cries constantly.
All of her friends. Her lovers.

The letter "Vav" replaces the letter "Aleph" in the word "Bekho" (בכו), as the letters Aleph, Hey, Vav, Yud can be interchanged. For example, in the phrase "Hiskalta Esav" (הסכלת עשו), where the original word is "Hiskalta" with the letter "Hey" but can be transformed to "Bekhelta" with the letter "Vav".
