1 יְהֹוָ֣ה מָלָךְ֮ גֵּא֢וּת לָ֫בֵ֥שׁ לָבֵ֣שׁ יְ֭הֹוָה עֹ֣ז הִתְאַזָּ֑ר אַף־תִּכּ֥וֹן תֵּ֝בֵ֗ל בַּל־תִּמּֽוֹט׃ L’Éternel règne! Il est revêtu de majesté; l’Éternel se revêt, se ceint de puissance. Aussi [par lui] l’univers est stable et ne vacille point.

2 נָכ֣וֹן כִּסְאֲךָ֣ מֵאָ֑ז מֵעוֹלָ֣ם אָֽתָּה׃ Dès l’origine ton trône est ferme: tu es de toute éternité.

3 נָשְׂא֤וּ נְהָר֨וֹת ׀ יְֽהֹוָ֗ה נָשְׂא֣וּ נְהָר֣וֹת קוֹלָ֑ם יִשְׂא֖וּ נְהָר֣וֹת דׇּכְיָֽם׃ Les fleuves font retentir, ô Éternel, les fleuves font retentir leurs grondements, les fleuves élèvent leur fracas.

4 מִקֹּל֨וֹת ׀ מַ֤יִם רַבִּ֗ים אַדִּירִ֣ים מִשְׁבְּרֵי־יָ֑ם אַדִּ֖יר בַּמָּר֣וֹם יְהֹוָֽה׃ Plus que le tumulte des eaux profondes, des puissantes vagues de l’Océan, l’Éternel est imposant dans les hauteurs.

5 עֵֽדֹתֶ֨יךָ ׀ נֶאֶמְנ֬וּ מְאֹ֗ד לְבֵיתְךָ֥ נַאֲוָה־קֹ֑דֶשׁ יְ֝הֹוָ֗ה לְאֹ֣רֶךְ יָמִֽים׃ {פ}
Infiniment sûrs sont tes témoignages; à ta maison appartient la sainteté, ô Seigneur, pour la durée des temps.

Your testimonies which Your prophets prophesied and promised concerning Your house, which is the dwelling of holiness.

are very faithful to Your house and to the length of days He looks forward to them, and although it has been a long time, they are very faithful to God.

dwelling Heb. נאוה, like (83:13): “the dwellings נְאוֹת of God,” an expression of נָוֶה. You should know [that this is so] because no instance of נָאוָה has a pronounced “aleph,” for they are an expression of נוֹי beauty, but this one has an “aleph” which is pronounced.

To Your house [belongs] a dwelling of holiness: The aleph is vocalized with a chataf patach, while in the rest (the other utterances), the aleph is silent. He said לְבֵיתְךָ (to Your house), it will be beautiful and fitting, holiness for length of days so that it will no longer be destroyed.
