1 כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֔ה עַל־שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣י מוֹאָ֔ב וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ עַל־שׇׂרְפ֛וֹ עַצְמ֥וֹת מֶלֶךְ־אֱד֖וֹם לַשִּֽׂיד׃ Ainsi parle l’Éternel: "A cause du triple, du quadruple crime de Moab, je ne le révoquerai pas, [mon arrêt]: parce qu’il a brûlé les ossements du roi d’Edom jusqu’à les réduire en chaux.

2 וְשִׁלַּחְתִּי־אֵ֣שׁ בְּמוֹאָ֔ב וְאָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנ֣וֹת הַקְּרִיּ֑וֹת וּמֵ֤ת בְּשָׁאוֹן֙ מוֹאָ֔ב בִּתְרוּעָ֖ה בְּק֥וֹל שׁוֹפָֽר׃ Aussi déchaînerai-je le feu contre Moab, pour qu’il dévore les palais de Keriot. Moab périra dans le tumulte, au milieu des cris de guerre, au son de la trompette.

3 וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י שׁוֹפֵ֖ט מִקִּרְבָּ֑הּ וְכׇל־שָׂרֶ֛יהָ אֶהֱר֥וֹג עִמּ֖וֹ אָמַ֥ר יְהֹוָֽה׃ {פ}
J’exterminerai les juges de son sein, et je frapperai à mort tous ses chefs, dit l’Éternel."

4 כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֔ה עַל־שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ עַֽל־מׇאֳסָ֞ם אֶת־תּוֹרַ֣ת יְהֹוָ֗ה וְחֻקָּיו֙ לֹ֣א שָׁמָ֔רוּ וַיַּתְעוּם֙ כִּזְבֵיהֶ֔ם אֲשֶׁר־הָלְכ֥וּ אֲבוֹתָ֖ם אַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃ Ainsi parle l’Éternel: "A cause du triple, du quadruple crime de Juda, je ne le révoquerai pas, [mon arrêt]: parce qu’ils ont méprisé la Loi de l’Éternel et violé ses statuts, parce qu’ils se sont laissé égarer par leurs mensongères idoles, que leurs pères eux-mêmes avaient suivies.

5 וְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי אֵ֖שׁ בִּֽיהוּדָ֑ה וְאָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנ֥וֹת יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ {פ}
Aussi déchaînerai-je le feu contre Juda, pour qu’il dévore les palais de Jérusalem."

6 כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֔ה עַל־שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ עַל־מִכְרָ֤ם בַּכֶּ֙סֶף֙ צַדִּ֔יק וְאֶבְי֖וֹן בַּעֲב֥וּר נַעֲלָֽיִם׃ Ainsi parle l’Éternel: "A cause du triple, du quadruple crime d’Israël, je ne le révoquerai pas, [mon arrêt]: parce qu’ils vendent le juste pour de l’argent et le pauvre pour une paire de sandales.

7 הַשֹּׁאֲפִ֤ים עַל־עֲפַר־אֶ֙רֶץ֙ בְּרֹ֣אשׁ דַּלִּ֔ים וְדֶ֥רֶךְ עֲנָוִ֖ים יַטּ֑וּ וְאִ֣ישׁ וְאָבִ֗יו יֵֽלְכוּ֙ אֶל־הַֽנַּעֲרָ֔ה לְמַ֥עַן חַלֵּ֖ל אֶת־שֵׁ֥ם קׇדְשִֽׁי׃ Ils convoitent jusqu’à la poussière du sol répandue sur la tête des malheureux, ils font dévier la route des humbles. Le fils et le père fréquentent la prostituée, outrageant ainsi mon nom sacré.

8 וְעַל־בְּגָדִ֤ים חֲבֻלִים֙ יַטּ֔וּ אֵ֖צֶל כׇּל־מִזְבֵּ֑חַ וְיֵ֤ין עֲנוּשִׁים֙ יִשְׁתּ֔וּ בֵּ֖ית אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃ Ils s’étendent, près de chaque autel, sur des vêtements pris en gage, et le vin provenant des amendes, ils le boivent dans le temple de leurs dieux.

9 וְאָ֨נֹכִ֜י הִשְׁמַ֤דְתִּי אֶת־הָאֱמֹרִי֙ מִפְּנֵיהֶ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֨ר כְּגֹ֤בַהּ אֲרָזִים֙ גׇּבְה֔וֹ וְחָסֹ֥ן ה֖וּא כָּאַלּוֹנִ֑ים וָאַשְׁמִ֤יד פִּרְיוֹ֙ מִמַּ֔עַל וְשׇׁרָשָׁ֖יו מִתָּֽחַת׃ Et c’est moi pourtant qui ai détruit pour eux l’Amorréen, dont la stature égalait celle des cèdres et la vigueur celle des chênes; et j’ai anéanti ses fruits dans les airs, ses racines dans le sol!

10 וְאָנֹכִ֛י הֶעֱלֵ֥יתִי אֶתְכֶ֖ם מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וָאוֹלֵ֨ךְ אֶתְכֶ֤ם בַּמִּדְבָּר֙ אַרְבָּעִ֣ים שָׁנָ֔ה לָרֶ֖שֶׁת אֶת־אֶ֥רֶץ הָאֱמֹרִֽי׃ Et c’est moi qui vous ai retirés du pays d’Égypte, qui vous ai dirigés dans le désert quarante années, pour vous mettre en possession du pays de l’Amorréen.

11 וָאָקִ֤ים מִבְּנֵיכֶם֙ לִנְבִיאִ֔ים וּמִבַּחוּרֵיכֶ֖ם לִנְזִרִ֑ים הַאַ֥ף אֵֽין־זֹ֛את בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃ Et c’est parmi vos fils que j’ai suscité des prophètes, parmi vos adolescents des Naziréens! N’en est-il pas ainsi, fils d’Israël? dit l’Éternel.

12 וַתַּשְׁק֥וּ אֶת־הַנְּזִרִ֖ים יָ֑יִן וְעַל־הַנְּבִיאִים֙ צִוִּיתֶ֣ם לֵאמֹ֔ר לֹ֖א תִּנָּבְאֽוּ׃ Mais vous avez forcé les Naziréens à boire du vin, et aux prophètes vous avez fait défense de prophétiser!

13 הִנֵּ֛ה אָנֹכִ֥י מֵעִ֖יק תַּחְתֵּיכֶ֑ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר תָּעִיק֙ הָֽעֲגָלָ֔ה הַֽמְלֵאָ֥ה לָ֖הּ עָמִֽיר׃ Eh bien! je vais vous écraser sur place comme un chariot chargé de gerbes écrase [le sol].

14 וְאָבַ֤ד מָנוֹס֙ מִקָּ֔ל וְחָזָ֖ק לֹא־יְאַמֵּ֣ץ כֹּח֑וֹ וְגִבּ֖וֹר לֹא־יְמַלֵּ֥ט נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃ La fuite deviendra impossible au plus agile, le plus fort ne pourra déployer sa force, ni le plus vaillant sauver sa vie.

15 וְתֹפֵ֤שׂ הַקֶּ֙שֶׁת֙ לֹ֣א יַעֲמֹ֔ד וְקַ֥ל בְּרַגְלָ֖יו לֹ֣א יְמַלֵּ֑ט וְרֹכֵ֣ב הַסּ֔וּס לֹ֥א יְמַלֵּ֖ט נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃ L’archer ne tiendra pas ferme, l’homme aux pieds légers ne pourra échapper; ni le cavalier sur son cheval assurer son salut.

16 וְאַמִּ֥יץ לִבּ֖וֹ בַּגִּבּוֹרִ֑ים עָר֛וֹם יָנ֥וּס בַּיּוֹם־הַה֖וּא נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃ {פ}
Le plus brave parmi les guerriers s’enfuira nu ce jour-là, dit l’Éternel."

And after speaking of the nations, the destruction of Judah is mentioned because they were also guilty of the sins of the idolatry, immorality and murder. And their fourth sin was their rejection of the Torah and its laws. It wasn't that they merely served idols but they also did not serve Gd and therefore they rejected the Torah and did not keep it's lawas and they followed the falsehoods of their fathers, meaing the Baal that they served and the false prophets that they obeyed. And therefore Gd decreed that a fire would come to Judah and that is the sword of Nevuchadnezer who defeated them and exiled them. And the simple meaning of the fire is that which burned the palaces of Jerusalem and the fire that burned the Beis Hamikdash.

And I will explain what the 3 sins that are mentioned 8 times in Amos propechies that refer to idolatry, immorality and murder. That every nation committed these with reprecussions only being punished for their actions regarding Israel. The reason these six nations are mentioned is because they are close to Jerusalem and other nations who acted wickedly towards each other aren't mentioend here becasue they did cause Israel harm . And Judah who is mentioend here also implicates Israel through its actions and is therefore mentioned before the prophecy about Israel. And this answers the 3, 4, and 5 questions.
