1 וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהֹוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃ L’Éternel parla à Moïse en ces termes:

2 צַ֚ו אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְאָמַרְתָּ֖ אֲלֵהֶ֑ם אֶת־קׇרְבָּנִ֨י לַחְמִ֜י לְאִשַּׁ֗י רֵ֚יחַ נִֽיחֹחִ֔י תִּשְׁמְר֕וּ לְהַקְרִ֥יב לִ֖י בְּמוֹעֲדֽוֹ׃ "Ordonne ceci aux enfants d’Israël et dis-leur: Mes offrandes, ce pain qui se consume pour moi en délectable odeur, vous aurez soin de me les présenter en leur temps.

3 וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ לָהֶ֔ם זֶ֚ה הָֽאִשֶּׁ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּקְרִ֖יבוּ לַיהֹוָ֑ה כְּבָשִׂ֨ים בְּנֵֽי־שָׁנָ֧ה תְמִימִ֛ם שְׁנַ֥יִם לַיּ֖וֹם עֹלָ֥ה תָמִֽיד׃ Dis-leur encore: Ceci est le sacrifice que vous aurez à offrir à l’Éternel: des agneaux âgés d’un an, sans défaut, deux par jour, holocauste perpétuel.

4 אֶת־הַכֶּ֥בֶשׂ אֶחָ֖ד תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה בַבֹּ֑קֶר וְאֵת֙ הַכֶּ֣בֶשׂ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה בֵּ֥ין הָֽעַרְבָּֽיִם׃ Un de ces agneaux, tu l’offriras le matin; le second, tu l’offriras vers le soir.

5 וַעֲשִׂירִ֧ית הָאֵיפָ֛ה סֹ֖לֶת לְמִנְחָ֑ה בְּלוּלָ֛ה בְּשֶׁ֥מֶן כָּתִ֖ית רְבִיעִ֥ת הַהִֽין׃ Plus, comme oblation, un dixième d’êpha de fleur de farine, pétrie avec un quart de hîn d’huile d’olives concassées.

6 עֹלַ֖ת תָּמִ֑יד הָעֲשֻׂיָה֙ בְּהַ֣ר סִינַ֔י לְרֵ֣יחַ נִיחֹ֔חַ אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַֽיהֹוָֽה׃ Holocauste perpétuel, déjà offert sur le mont Sinaï comme odeur agréable, destiné à être brûlé devant l’Éternel.

7 וְנִסְכּוֹ֙ רְבִיעִ֣ת הַהִ֔ין לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ הָאֶחָ֑ד בַּקֹּ֗דֶשׁ הַסֵּ֛ךְ נֶ֥סֶךְ שֵׁכָ֖ר לַיהֹוָֽה׃ Sa libation sera un quart de hîn pour ce premier agneau; c’est dans le lieu saint qu’on fera cette libation de vin pur, en l’honneur de l’Éternel.

8 וְאֵת֙ הַכֶּ֣בֶשׂ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה בֵּ֣ין הָֽעַרְבָּ֑יִם כְּמִנְחַ֨ת הַבֹּ֤קֶר וּכְנִסְכּוֹ֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה אִשֵּׁ֛ה רֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהֹוָֽה׃ {פ}
Pour le second agneau, tu l’offriras vers le soir; tu procéderas comme pour l’oblation et la libation du matin, combustion d’odeur agréable à l’Éternel.

9 וּבְיוֹם֙ הַשַּׁבָּ֔ת שְׁנֵֽי־כְבָשִׂ֥ים בְּנֵֽי־שָׁנָ֖ה תְּמִימִ֑ם וּשְׁנֵ֣י עֶשְׂרֹנִ֗ים סֹ֧לֶת מִנְחָ֛ה בְּלוּלָ֥ה בַשֶּׁ֖מֶן וְנִסְכּֽוֹ׃ Et au jour du sabbat, deux agneaux d’un an sans défaut: plus, pour oblation, deux dixièmes de fleur de farine pétrie à l’huile et sa libation.

10 עֹלַ֥ת שַׁבַּ֖ת בְּשַׁבַּתּ֑וֹ עַל־עֹלַ֥ת הַתָּמִ֖יד וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ {פ}
Holocauste du sabbat, offert chaque sabbat, indépendamment de l’holocauste perpétuel et de sa libation.

11 וּבְרָאשֵׁי֙ חׇדְשֵׁיכֶ֔ם תַּקְרִ֥יבוּ עֹלָ֖ה לַיהֹוָ֑ה פָּרִ֨ים בְּנֵֽי־בָקָ֤ר שְׁנַ֙יִם֙ וְאַ֣יִל אֶחָ֔ד כְּבָשִׂ֧ים בְּנֵי־שָׁנָ֛ה שִׁבְעָ֖ה תְּמִימִֽם׃ Et lors de vos néoménies, vous offrirez pour holocauste à l’Éternel deux jeunes taureaux, un bélier, sept agneaux d’un an sans défaut.

12 וּשְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה עֶשְׂרֹנִ֗ים סֹ֤לֶת מִנְחָה֙ בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשֶּׁ֔מֶן לַפָּ֖ר הָאֶחָ֑ד וּשְׁנֵ֣י עֶשְׂרֹנִ֗ים סֹ֤לֶת מִנְחָה֙ בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשֶּׁ֔מֶן לָאַ֖יִל הָֽאֶחָֽד׃ Plus, trois dixièmes de fleur de farine pétrie à l’huile, comme oblation pour chaque taureau; deux dixièmes de fleur de farine pétrie à l’huile, comme oblation pour le bélier unique,

13 וְעִשָּׂרֹ֣ן עִשָּׂר֗וֹן סֹ֤לֶת מִנְחָה֙ בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשֶּׁ֔מֶן לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ הָאֶחָ֑ד עֹלָה֙ רֵ֣יחַ נִיחֹ֔חַ אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַיהֹוָֽה׃ et un dixième de fleur de farine pétrie à l’huile comme oblation pour chaque agneau: holocauste d’odeur délectable, à consumer pour l’Éternel.

14 וְנִסְכֵּיהֶ֗ם חֲצִ֣י הַהִין֩ יִהְיֶ֨ה לַפָּ֜ר וּשְׁלִישִׁ֧ת הַהִ֣ין לָאַ֗יִל וּרְבִיעִ֥ת הַהִ֛ין לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ יָ֑יִן זֹ֣את עֹלַ֥ת חֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ בְּחׇדְשׁ֔וֹ לְחׇדְשֵׁ֖י הַשָּׁנָֽה׃ Quant à leurs libations, il y aura un demi-hîn de vin par taureau, un tiers de hîn pour le bélier, et un quart de hîn par agneau. Tel sera l’holocauste périodique des néoménies, pour toutes les néoménies de l’année.

15 וּשְׂעִ֨יר עִזִּ֥ים אֶחָ֛ד לְחַטָּ֖את לַיהֹוָ֑ה עַל־עֹלַ֧ת הַתָּמִ֛יד יֵעָשֶׂ֖ה וְנִסְכּֽוֹ׃ {ס} De plus, un bouc pour expiatoire, en l’honneur de l’Éternel, à offrir indépendamment de l’holocauste perpétuel et de sa libation.

Aliya 6

16 וּבַחֹ֣דֶשׁ הָרִאשׁ֗וֹן בְּאַרְבָּעָ֥ה עָשָׂ֛ר י֖וֹם לַחֹ֑דֶשׁ פֶּ֖סַח לַיהֹוָֽה׃ Au premier mois, le quatorzième jour de ce mois, la pâque sera offerte à l’Éternel.

17 וּבַחֲמִשָּׁ֨ה עָשָׂ֥ר י֛וֹם לַחֹ֥דֶשׁ הַזֶּ֖ה חָ֑ג שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֔ים מַצּ֖וֹת יֵאָכֵֽל׃ Et le quinzième jour du même mois, c’est fête: durant sept jours on mangera des azymes.

18 בַּיּ֥וֹם הָרִאשׁ֖וֹן מִקְרָא־קֹ֑דֶשׁ כׇּל־מְלֶ֥אכֶת עֲבֹדָ֖ה לֹ֥א תַעֲשֽׂוּ׃ Au premier jour, convocation sainte: vous ne ferez aucune œuvre servile.

19 וְהִקְרַבְתֶּ֨ם אִשֶּׁ֤ה עֹלָה֙ לַֽיהֹוָ֔ה פָּרִ֧ים בְּנֵי־בָקָ֛ר שְׁנַ֖יִם וְאַ֣יִל אֶחָ֑ד וְשִׁבְעָ֤ה כְבָשִׂים֙ בְּנֵ֣י שָׁנָ֔ה תְּמִימִ֖ם יִהְי֥וּ לָכֶֽם׃ Et vous offrirez en sacrifice, comme holocauste à l’Éternel, deux jeunes taureaux, un bélier, et sept agneaux âgés d’un an, que vous choisirez sans défaut.

20 וּמִ֨נְחָתָ֔ם סֹ֖לֶת בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשָּׁ֑מֶן שְׁלֹשָׁ֨ה עֶשְׂרֹנִ֜ים לַפָּ֗ר וּשְׁנֵ֧י עֶשְׂרֹנִ֛ים לָאַ֖יִל תַּעֲשֽׂוּ׃ Pour leur oblation, de la fleur de farine pétrie à l’huile; vous en offrirez trois dixièmes par taureau, deux dixièmes pour le bélier.

21 עִשָּׂר֤וֹן עִשָּׂרוֹן֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ הָאֶחָ֑ד לְשִׁבְעַ֖ת הַכְּבָשִֽׂים׃ Et tu en offriras un dixième respectivement pour chacun des sept agneaux.

22 וּשְׂעִ֥יר חַטָּ֖את אֶחָ֑ד לְכַפֵּ֖ר עֲלֵיכֶֽם׃ De plus, un bouc expiatoire, pour obtenir votre pardon.

23 מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַבֹּ֔קֶר אֲשֶׁ֖ר לְעֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֑יד תַּעֲשׂ֖וּ אֶת־אֵֽלֶּה׃ C’est indépendamment de l’holocauste du matin, dû comme holocauste perpétuel, que vous ferez ces offrandes.

24 כָּאֵ֜לֶּה תַּעֲשׂ֤וּ לַיּוֹם֙ שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֔ים לֶ֛חֶם אִשֵּׁ֥ה רֵֽיחַ־נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהֹוָ֑ה עַל־עוֹלַ֧ת הַתָּמִ֛יד יֵעָשֶׂ֖ה וְנִסְכּֽוֹ׃ Vous ferez les pareilles journellement pendant sept jours, comme aliment de combustion qui sera en odeur agréable à l’Éternel; cela aura lieu en sus de l’holocauste perpétuel et de sa libation.

25 וּבַיּוֹם֙ הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י מִקְרָא־קֹ֖דֶשׁ יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֑ם כׇּל־מְלֶ֥אכֶת עֲבֹדָ֖ה לֹ֥א תַעֲשֽׂוּ׃ {ס} Et le septième jour, il y aura pour vous convocation sainte: vous ne ferez aucune œuvre servile.

26 וּבְי֣וֹם הַבִּכּוּרִ֗ים בְּהַקְרִ֨יבְכֶ֜ם מִנְחָ֤ה חֲדָשָׁה֙ לַֽיהֹוָ֔ה בְּשָׁבֻעֹ֖תֵיכֶ֑ם מִֽקְרָא־קֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֔ם כׇּל־מְלֶ֥אכֶת עֲבֹדָ֖ה לֹ֥א תַעֲשֽׂוּ׃ Au jour des prémices, quand vous présenterez à l’Éternel l’offrande nouvelle, à la fin de vos semaines, il y aura pour vous convocation sainte: vous ne ferez aucune œuvre servile.

27 וְהִקְרַבְתֶּ֨ם עוֹלָ֜ה לְרֵ֤יחַ נִיחֹ֙חַ֙ לַֽיהֹוָ֔ה פָּרִ֧ים בְּנֵי־בָקָ֛ר שְׁנַ֖יִם אַ֣יִל אֶחָ֑ד שִׁבְעָ֥ה כְבָשִׂ֖ים בְּנֵ֥י שָׁנָֽה׃ Vous offrirez, comme holocauste d’odeur agréable à l’Éternel, deux jeunes taureaux, un bélier, sept agneaux âgés d’un an.

28 וּמִ֨נְחָתָ֔ם סֹ֖לֶת בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשָּׁ֑מֶן שְׁלֹשָׁ֤ה עֶשְׂרֹנִים֙ לַפָּ֣ר הָֽאֶחָ֔ד שְׁנֵי֙ עֶשְׂרֹנִ֔ים לָאַ֖יִל הָאֶחָֽד׃ Pour leur oblation, de la fleur de farine pétrie à l’huile; trois dixièmes pour chaque taureau, deux dixièmes pour le bélier unique,

29 עִשָּׂרוֹן֙ עִשָּׂר֔וֹן לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ הָאֶחָ֑ד לְשִׁבְעַ֖ת הַכְּבָשִֽׂים׃ un dixième respectivement pour chacun des sept agneaux.

30 שְׂעִ֥יר עִזִּ֖ים אֶחָ֑ד לְכַפֵּ֖ר עֲלֵיכֶֽם׃ Un bouc, pour faire expiation sur vous.

31 מִלְּבַ֞ד עֹלַ֧ת הַתָּמִ֛יד וּמִנְחָת֖וֹ תַּעֲשׂ֑וּ תְּמִימִ֥ם יִהְיוּ־לָכֶ֖ם וְנִסְכֵּיהֶֽם׃ {פ}
Vous les offrirez en sus de l’holocauste perpétuel et de son oblation; vous les choisirez sans défaut, et y joindrez leurs libations.

And one he-goat, etc. All the musaf goats came in atonement for the ritual defilement of the Sanctuary and its sacred objects, everything as explained in Tractate Shevuos. There is a distinction with the New Moon goat, for it is said, concerning it, “. . .to God.” This teaches you that it atones for someone who was not cognizant either at the beginning or the end, as no one recognizes the transgression save for the Holy One, Blessed is He, alone. The other goats are derived from this one. This is also expounded aggadically [as follows]: The Holy One, Blessed is He, said: ‘Bring atonement for Me, because I diminished the moon.’

In addition to the constant (daily) burnt-offering, it shall be done. This entire offering.

And its libation. ”Its libation” does not relate to the goat, as a sin-offering has no libation.
