The King of kings Our Sages, of blessed memory, explained (Shev. 35b): Every mention of “king” in Daniel refers to an earthly king, except this one, which he said in reference to the Holy One, blessed be He, and this is what it means: The King of kings, Who is the God of heaven.

[Daniel 2:37] Ant malka... chisna (אַנְתְּ מַלְכָּא... חִסְנָא - You, O king... power): Power (Chisna - חִסְנָא): [This Aramaic word for power/strength] is like [its Hebrew cognate chason in the verse] “And the strong (ha-chason) shall become tow” [Isaiah 1:31]. And the Gaon [Rav Saadia Gaon] said: [It means] kingdom as an inheritance/possession (malchut nachalah - מַלְכוּת נַחֲלָה).
