1 כִּֽי־יִהְיֶ֥ה רִיב֙ בֵּ֣ין אֲנָשִׁ֔ים וְנִגְּשׁ֥וּ אֶל־הַמִּשְׁפָּ֖ט וּשְׁפָט֑וּם וְהִצְדִּ֙יקוּ֙ אֶת־הַצַּדִּ֔יק וְהִרְשִׁ֖יעוּ אֶת־הָרָשָֽׁע׃ "Si un débat s’élève entre des individus, ils se présenteront devant le tribunal et on les jugera; on déclarera innocent l’innocent, et coupable celui qui a tort.
16 כִּ֧י תוֹעֲבַ֛ת יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ כׇּל־עֹ֣שֵׂה אֵ֑לֶּה כֹּ֖ל עֹ֥שֵׂה עָֽוֶל׃ {פ}
17 זָכ֕וֹר אֵ֛ת אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂ֥ה לְךָ֖ עֲמָלֵ֑ק בַּדֶּ֖רֶךְ בְּצֵאתְכֶ֥ם מִמִּצְרָֽיִם׃ Souviens-toi de ce que t’a fait Amalec, lors de votre voyage, au sortir de l’Égypte;
19 וְהָיָ֡ה בְּהָנִ֣יחַ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֣יךָ ׀ לְ֠ךָ֠ מִכׇּל־אֹ֨יְבֶ֜יךָ מִסָּבִ֗יב בָּאָ֙רֶץ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יְהֹוָה־אֱ֠לֹהֶ֠יךָ נֹתֵ֨ן לְךָ֤ נַחֲלָה֙ לְרִשְׁתָּ֔הּ תִּמְחֶה֙ אֶת־זֵ֣כֶר עֲמָלֵ֔ק מִתַּ֖חַת הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם לֹ֖א תִּשְׁכָּֽח׃ {פ}

Ibn Ezra

in your pouch Either This term denotes the place where one keeps one’s scales. or It refers to one’s pocket, from which one surreptitiously removes a false weight. The former interpretations seems to be the correct one, as evidenced by “we shall all have one lode” [Proverbs 1: 14] — meaning, a single mass, as in “you will measure out the lamb” [Exodus 12: 4] (even though the latter word stems from a slightly different triliteral root). Other people have unnecesarily interpreted the word to mean “purse”.

Rashbam

English

גדולה וקטנה, the vendor make himself two weights each marked as representing the same measure, but one being smaller than the other. When using both simultaneously, i.e. filling each next to the other, the total quantity is correct, but one represents more than half, the other less. It is therefore easy to deceive a customer who has once observed that when the two are used together they give the correct measure. This is why the Torah demands that “each” measure must be true in quantity of weight, i.e. אבן שלמה, “a true weight, etc.,” instead of “true weights.”
