Parachat Tzav
Aliya 1
Tout mâle parmi les enfants d’Aaron pourra le manger: revenu perpétuel attribué à vos générations sur les combustions de l’Éternel. Tout ce qui y touchera deviendra saint."
Aliya 2
De même, toute oblation d’un pontife sera brûlée entièrement, on n’en mangera point."
Mais tout expiatoire dont le sang serait introduit dans la Tente d’assignation pour faire expiation dans le sanctuaire, on n’en mangera point; il sera consumé par le feu.

whosoever toucheth the flesh of it must be sanctified. And if any one let some of its blood fall upon a garment, (the garment so) bedropped shall be washed in the holy place.

Ibn Ezra
English
Whatever touches the flesh of the sin offering will be holy to God, and may be eaten by any kohen. Thus, the officiating kohen has an equal share with his fellows.
whatever sprinkles Rabbi Moshe ben Shmu’el Gikatilla HaKohen said that the verb is in the qal form, like “shall bend” [Job 15:29]. When the same verb has a pattaḥ under the yod , it is in the hif‘il form. In both cases the nun of the root disappears. Compare the intransitive “some of her blood sprinkled on the wall” [II Kings 9:33] (with a ḥiriq ) to the causative “he sprinkled” [8:11] (with a pattaḥ ). Although the verb in “some of her blood sprinkled on the wall” has a ḥiriq under the yod , it is still in the qal form, (which normally takes a ṣereh under the yod — as in, “their blood sprinkled” [Isaiah 63:3]). Rabbi Moshe HaKohen was correct in asserting all of the above.
Since the peace-offering is holy, God commanded us to wash the bloodstain in a holy place — i.e., the Courtyard of the Tent of Assembly (for the word “holy” does not mean the same as the word “ritually pure”).
sprinkle on it: Scripture omits the subject of the first clause (“the spot”), and the connective between the two clauses (“or”). The sentence should read, “ The spot whereupon any blood should fall on the garment, or if any should sprinkle on it…”. In other words, if someone else should sprinkle blood on “it” (i.e., the flesh of the sin-offering), the kohen should wash the flesh, and eat it afterward. or Scripture omits the subject of the second clause (“the spot”). The sentence should read, “Should any blood sprinkle on the garment, the spot where any falls…”. In other words, you must wash the spot where the blood falls. In this case, to function as the feminine object of the preposition in the second clause, the word “garment” must be both feminine and masculine ( cf . the passage dealing with a former ṣara‘at sufferer who cannot afford the standard sacrifice, where the word for “turtle-dove” appears both with masculine [14:30] and feminine [14:22] numerical adjectives). The tav in you must wash is the sign of the second person masculine singular future.

Ramban (Nachmanides)
English
THOU SHALT WASH IT IN A HOLY PLACE. Scripture laid down a strict law in connection with the blood [of a sin-offering] which became absorbed by a garment, giving it the law it [the blood] had before it was sprinkled [on the garment, namely] that it may not be taken outside the curtains [and therefore it must be washed within the Court]. He states, and the earthen vessel wherein it is sodden shall be broken. This too is to be broken in the holy place [i.e., within the Court], and the pieces of pottery are swallowed up in the place [where they are broken], and there does not have to be any scouring and rinsing at all [as required if it was boiled in a copper pot]. Similarly, the scouring and rinsing required if [the meat of the sin-offering] was boiled in a copper pot have to be done in a holy place, for all the verses [i.e., Verses 20-21] are connected with “the holy place” mentioned [above in Verse 19: in ‘a holy place’ shall it be eaten, in the Court of the Tent of Meeting].

Rashbam
English
תכבס, so that it [garment Ed.] will not become forbidden as past the time allowed, when it would have to be burned. [any part of the offering even blood which was never permitted to be eaten, will have to be burned if it had not been disposed of in time. In this instance the priest’s garment would have to be burned in order to get rid of the blood, unless it had been washed out in time, before the deadline. Ed.]
