Ibn Ezra
English
two rams…and a ewe Since the illness of ṣara‘at is a rebuke for acts of the tongue, he must offer one ram as a burnt-offering, as prescribed for any emergent impulse [comment on 1:4]; one ram as a guilt-offering, following the rule for a guilt-offering [5:18]; and a female for a sin-offering, following the rule for a sin-offering [4:28]; and three-tenths in accordance with the principle of one-tenth per lamb [Numbers 15:4].
one log a unit of measurement. This word has no cognates, nor is its meaning evident. These particular rams and lambs (even the guilt-offering and the sin-offering) go exclusively to the officiating kohen, except for the suets which must be burnt.

Ramban (Nachmanides)
English
AND ON THE EIGHTH DAY HE SHALL TAKE TWO HE-LAMBS WITHOUT BLEMISH, AND ONE EWE-LAMB. Scripture has not explained what is to be done with the two he-lambs and the one ewe-lamb. However, it mentioned concerning one of the he-lambs that the priest offer it as a guilt-offering, and further mentioned that he should offer up the sin-offering, and afterward he shall slaughter the burnt-offering. This is because He has already mentioned in the section of Vayikra that the sin-offering should be a female, and that every burnt-offering should be a male., 1:3; 10. Therefore there was no need here to speak at length, it being known that [since the first he-lamb was a guilt-offering], the second he-lamb would be the burnt-offering, and the ewe-lamb would be the sin-offering.
